Flooded Kitchen in Thorncreek?

It was the dishwasher.

I usually run the dishwasher before turning in for the night, but because we had relatives staying with us, I turned it on after dinner. Later that evening, I came into the kitchen to get the coffee ready for the morning and walked onto a flooded kitchen floor. There was about an inch of water covering the whole floor and part of the back hallway. My dishwasher was the culprit. The supply line gasket cracked and caused the water line to fail.
