Why won't this burned odor go away?

Protein fires are horrible to clean. Not all fires are destructive. Odor restoration is necessary after a smoke damage as well. This family was getting dinner ready when distraction caused the chicken to burn in the oven. When they opened the over door it continued to smoke and smoke into the house.

The smell permeated the walls of the kitchen and even went up the stairs and left the odor in the bonus room.
