Wind Damage Causes Garage Damage

High Winds in Thornton, CO

Shingles were missing from the garage roof. The water was able to get in and cause breakage in the drywall. The homeowners called their insurance company to see if their home was covered for the loss in their garage. Not only were they covered, the insurance agent referred them to SERVPRO of North Thornton / Brighton for the restoration.

After arriving we mitigated the roof by placing wood and tarps to keep the storm water away until the roof could be fixed. Then we dried and restored the damaged drywall and roof when the storm passed.
